Refund policy

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at shop@spamanzanita.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly replace the product or issue a refund if the issue is confirmed.
